Traning:
We have a well-equipped Training Academy where our personnel undergo training in various aspects of security as per PSAR Act 2005. The training focuses on the following
- Access Control
- Frisking of personnel and vehicle checking
- Fire Fighting
- Fire evacuation drills
- Bomb Threat and counter measures
- First-Aid
- IR, Soft skills of security guards
Operations:
Drill Mounting and Dismounting Drill is carried out every day during shift change. The following activities take place during mounting:
- Fall in 15 mins before shift change
- Supervisor checks turn out
- Checks personnel as per duty roster
- Briefs about any incident or visits or any other events planned at the premises of the client.
- Carries out brief drill
- Disperses to respective duty posts for taking over duty
Monitoring System:
A regular monitoring of the client units is done by our operational manager, zonal manager and field officers who frequently visit the units to check their performance, turn out and also obtain feed back from the client. Night checks are carried out regularly.
Quick Reaction Team:
In case of any emergency we respond immediately by activating our Quick Reaction Team (QRT).
